Shipping Policy and Right of Return


Shipping Policy

   

All items will be, where practical, shipped by overnight courier post, the day after Art Clay New Zealand receives confirmation of payment. In the case of credit cards, internet banking and other direct credits, in most cases, this will be the day after receipt of the customer order. In the case of cheques and money orders, in most cases, this will be 5 business days after receipt and banking of the cheque to ensure bank clearance of funds.

Shipping costs will be born by the customer. In the case of orders of $75 or less, for delivery within New Zealand , this charge will be $4.00. For orders over $75 the charge will be $8. For large orders, over $400 or in particular those with multiple books or other larger piece of equipment such as a kiln, freight will be quoted at the time of ordering.

 

 

 Right of Return

 If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of the product you receive from Art Clay New Zealand, we will be happy to refund you in full upon receipt of the goods (excluding freight charges), provided the goods are returned to us in undamaged condition within 28 days.  Return freight costs will also be at the purchasers expense.
